도마뱀붙이속
도마뱀붙이속(학명: Gekko)은 트루 게코(true geckos), 컬링 게코(calling geckos)라고도 부르며, 동남아시아에 서식하는 도마뱀붙이류의 일속이다. 토케이도마뱀붙이 같은 종들은 굉장히 흔히, 널리 퍼져있지만, 어떤 종들은 분포 구역이 가장 좁고 희귀하거나 멸종 위기에 처해진 것으로 여겨진다.[2]
